Amanda Rosenbaum is the Owner here at Anchor ABA. Amanda founded Anchor ABA in April of 2020 and welcomed her first clients in July of 2020. Amanda currently resides in Cincinnati, OH after her move in April of 2019. She is originally from Exeter, Rhode Island having started her ABA journey in 2012 before graduating with her Bachelors in Psychology from Rhode Island College. While living on the sunny coast of Charleston, SC Amanda graduated with her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2017. At this time Amanda not only holds her National certification in Behavior Analysis as a BCBA, she also holds her Certificate in Ohio as a COBA and in Kentucky as an LBA. As Anchor grows Amanda's aspirations are to continue to hold certificates in neighboring Midwestern States for Applied Behavior Analysis.
Amanda is the mother of two energetic kids who fill her world with color! When not at work Amanda and her family can be found hiking, playing outside, gardening, swimming, and/or traveling. Amanda loves to make yearly trips back to Rhode Island in order to visit family, and spend time at the beach. Amanda has now become a Bengles fan, and an Ohio state fan, however, her friends here are still working on her accepting Skyline Chili!

Amanda Byrd is our Director of Special Education and Lead BCBA at Anchor ABA. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2015 with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education and obtained her teaching license in Pre-k-3. In 2019, she completed her Masters in Special Education with certification in Applied Behavior Analysis. She became certified as a BCBA in 2020 as well as becoming certified in the state of Ohio with her COBA. For the last 12 years, Amanda has worked with children in a variety of settings as a licensed teacher in the schools (Dayton/Cincinnati), a Registered Behavior Technician, and BCBA. She has worked with children and adults from ages 2-22, with a variety of diagnoses. Amanda is passionate about helping to provide services to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities, as well as their families. Working as an educator, Amanda wants to bridge the gap of helping schools support children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. Her goal is to help children to grow to be as independent as possible. When Amanda is not working she enjoys going to FC Cincinnati games, spending time with her family, and kayaking.
